A 10 years’ experienced neurosurgeon, Dr. Wael Chaaban Tarabay has developed his career around the specialism of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, in particular Endoscopic Spine Surgery (Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy). He has become a pioneer of this technique in the UAE, supporting less experienced colleagues and maintaining the continuous development and improvement of Minimally Invasive techniques for spine surgery in the country.

Having performed more than 1,500 surgeries and procedures using the Minimally Invasive technique, his experience and performance has allowed him to participate as surgeon and lecturer in spine and spinal cord congress to impart his knowledge and experience to both specialists and students alike.
