Dr. Stefan von Gumppenberg is a German-board certified (Facharzt) consultant orthopedic surgeon at Rashid Hospital. Specializing in the shoulder, he gained his orthopedic surgery qualifications in his native Germany and has considerable European experience, having worked at the Technical University of Munich and Switzerland’s University of Berne. He speaks fluent English and German. Before joining Rashid Hospital, Dr. von Gumppenberg was employed at Al Noor Hospital and Al Hosn One-Day Surgery Center, both in Dubai.
